Asphalt Binders: Ground Tire Rubber Modified
PRI provides complete independent third party Quality Control / Quality Assurance testing, evaluation and product certifications for Rubber Binder. 

PRI's services include evaluation of ground tire rubber raw material and extend to investigation and characterizations of hot mix asphalt pavements prepared with GTR modified binders. Formulation assistance and evaluation of performance enhancing additives and co-modifiers is available with as well as tests and evaluations.
