Rejuvenators and Sealers
We define Sealers as those products that when applied create a new wearing surface of a nominal thickness. Rejuvenators for this section are defined as materials that when applied absorb into the pavement without leaving a new wearing surface. 

PRI's technical services include complete support for conventional coal tar pitch, asphalt based and hybrids (coal tar pitch + asphalt based) pavement sealers. 

PRI provides all legacy evaluation protocols as well as unique and emerging tests and evaluations (which better define the efficacy of these products and their effects on a pavements’ life cycle).

Rejuvenator specifications and test methods are in research stages and presently vary by location and agency.
