Product Improvement

When your product is not meeting regulatory or industry quality standards, PRI can assist with Product Improvement. This process involves Testing & Evaluation of your product, product comparison, and recommendations for improving the product and/or other possible uses for the product or material. 

Failure Analysis

The Failure Analysis process involves identify why your product is not performance to standard. This process may include compositional and physical properties tests, product comparison, investigating the source of the materials, and identifying possible application failures.

Upon completion of the Testing & Evaluation our team will make recommendations and move into the Product Improvement Phase. 

Quality Analysis

Do you need a third-party evaluation of your materials or products? At PRI, we routinely perform Quality Analysis to ensure materials and products are compliant with regulatory standards, meet or beat competitor quality, and are defect-free.

Our Quality Analysis process involves Testing, Evaluation, Product Comparison and more.

Approval / Certifications

The Product Approval or Certification Process can be a very time consuming process. Since requirements vary by product type, agency, and location, PRI will guide your organization through the process to ensure all documentation and fees are complete, the product meets the required code, testing is complete, and track the status of the application through the final approval.

In addition to the guiding you through the process, we offer testing, technical review / assessment, and Validation / Certification Services to assist with Product Approval / Certifications.

COA / TDS

PRI is your source for Certificates of Analysis and Technical Data Sheets. Our state-of-the art facilities are equipped to Test & Evaluate for over 800 Test Methods and Specifications. 

Upon successful completion of testing, we will provide the appropriate Certificate of Analysis, Test & Evaluation Report, or Technical Data Sheet for your product or material. 

Product Development

Do you have a new material or product, but don't know what the next step is? At PRI we have extensive experience in Product Development. This phase involves consultation, testing, and presenting ideas or formulations to further develop the material or product. 

At the conclusion of the Product Development the client will have newly acquired knowledge and product information that can potentially lead to a marketable product, service, or technology.
